Nice recovery by the team today! Was scheduled for installation of new sump pump and board in dehumidifier. Never showed up. Knew something was wrong, so I called. Appears that even thought service scheduler committed to appointment via email she did not put it on the calendar. New scheduler, Jenny, got right on it with her manager and Adam and within two hours they were here. Adam is great to work with and is an asset to the Frontier Team! Great Job Adam!!
