I had my annual maintenance service done by Ross. He was fabulous! He contacted me prior to arrival to give me his exact time of arrival. He went above and beyond the examination of the crawlspace lining by having me turn on all faucets briefly so he could check for leaks. He was professional and thorough and gave me an excellent overview of the condition of the crawlspace lining, seams, sealing tape, temp, humidity levels, working condition of dehumidifier, etc. This was the best service visit we have had so far (and that's saying a whole lot because we have been very pleased with all of the other technicians). We will ask for Ross by name next year when our annual maintenance comes due.

Installers and maintenance crew techs always make sure everything is thoroughly clean.
