Had to be rescheduled several times which was inconvenient but understandable

The guys worked very hard and were very personable and respectful
I had my previous house repaired and was very happy with the service. So when I moved I also had my new house encapsulated. There may be a concern with the sump drain as it appears to be running "up hill"? Hopefully water will not flow back into the pipe and stand?
