Matt was very pleasant and professional ,explained exactly what the job entailed and information pertaining to the encapsulation for the crawl space,crew did good job. just one small complaint, the sump pump was not plugged in ,we had to get adaptor(since only 2 plug outlet already taken up my humidifier )add longer cord to plug it in due location. We noticed this a few days after the job was completed. We should have been told this prior to the job completion.
