This home owner in Rickman Tennessee noticed the walls had cracks and were shifting. They became aware that putting off work any longer would certainly make this dangerous situation worse.
Our inspection did in fact reveal foundation failure. Our job was to straighten the existing foundation walls so they could support the load of the home.
Our team installed Geo-Lock Wall Anchors with 12"x28" wall plates to secure this foundation.
These basement walls were bowing in and needed attention before the problem got worse. Carbon Armor strips were able to secure and support the wall to keep it from any further damage.
Outside digging around the foundation was not necessary and no need to jack hammer, move plumbing, hot water heater, or other lines.
This home is over 25 years old. The home owner had noticed stair step cracks in the basement wall. The family plans to keep the home for generations, protecting the home and correcting the issue before it got worse was important.
CarbonArmor system is the ONLY fabric carbon fiber product designed to specific code for Fiber Reinforced Polymers on masonry walls. CarbonArmour is low profile, 7" wide strap that is able to 'hug" the wall tightly.
The corner of this basement had started to fall. To provide support steel push piers were installed. A heavy-duty steel bracket is placed under and against the footing, steel pier sections are hydraulically driven through the bracket and down to load bearing earth.
Provide best opportunity to life the home back towards original position.
Minimal disturbance from installation.
Bowing walls can cause serious foundation damage, but our experts are fully trained to fix bowing walls and prevent your home from suffering major foundation issues.
This homeowner has been living with basement wall cracks for 5 years. The home was purchased as a retirement home; the safety of this structure is a priority. Getting the job done right is important.
The weight of the soil is pressing around the foundation wall; the wall is giving in to the weight creating cracks in the block. Wall anchors are used to counteract the soil pressure and reinforce the foundation wall.
This Nashville basement is used for living, storage, and utilities. The family had noticed some cracks and bowing of the blocks and knew contrary to popular belief foundation movement was not okay.
A free inspection showed significant hydrostatic pressure against that foundation wall.
The 8ft x 45ft wall needed a little reinforcement.
A load calculator determines the necessary spacing to carry the load of the structure. In all, 9 GeoLock Wall Anchors were spaced approximately 5.5' apart, a little closer in the corner to hold the corner load.

This home's porch started sinking due to its foundation crumbling. The sinking left an unsightly crack under the door that lowered the home's value. It was also causing problems down the concrete sidewalk. The sidewalk itself was sinking as well and cracks were getting worse by the day. The homeowner knew she needed professional help to lift her porch back to its original position, so no further damage occurred!
Our trained inspector came to her home and looked at her porch's foundation. He talked to her about a few different lifting options and they decided that our Push Piers were best!
Our Push Piers are made of steel and are driven deep into the soil beneath a foundation to solve settlement problems. They can be installed inside or outside your foundation walls and are not visible once the repair is complete.
Our inspector also talked to the homeowner about our concrete solutions. We have a NexusPro Sealant that is made to seal all cracks so water can never infiltrate them. It is UV ray resistant and will never crack or bubble!
We also have PolyLevel..It utilizes expanding polyurethane foam, which is injected beneath the concrete to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion and raise and stabilize the concrete surface.
The homeowner loved all of our long-lasting solutions and could not wait for her installation date!
