This basement in Kentucky needed some TLC! It had water staining along the walls and floors and the homeowners were worried about storing anything in it in fear that it would get ruined!
When the homeowner passed us at a home show, he was immediately interested and booked a free inspection with us.
Our inspector came out to his home and looked around. After he was finished, he sat with the homeowners and discussed what he saw and possible solutions. He told them all about our waterproofing products and they were psyched to get the project going. They had mentioned how displeased they were with their walls and luckily, we had the perfect product!
CleanSpace Basement Wall System-
They now have a dry and aesthetically pleasing basement that they can use to store their personal items!
We are so glad we are able to help another family with our nationally backed products!
This customer in Princeton, KY, called Frontier when they noticed mold and dampness in their crawl space. To mitigate these issues, first, we treated the mold, and then we encapsulated the crawl space. This project included installing Drainage matting, covering the crawl space in CleanSpace liner, installing a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and sealing the crawl space vents and any other air leaks with SilverGlo panels and spray foam insulation.
Drafty crawl space doors will not only let the cold air and rain in but protentional also let critters in. Who just love to make nesting out of your insulation. Leaving you with higher heating bills and cold floors, (not good for cold toesies). So this homeowner decided to go with our EverLast CrawlSpace Door.
When you have a plumbing leak (We all know it's bound to happen) most sump pumps drain from the bottom, where the ground water comes from. They also have air tight lids, which allows the water to fill up your basement. Which is why this homeowner had us install our Basement Systems Super Sump Plus, this pump allows the water to drain using a specially designed cup and ball underneath the floor drain but does not allow air flow to come up. helping to keep the moisture out of your basement.
This homeowner needed some cracks in their concrete repaired, they were very happy after we filled the cracks and sealed the concrete to ensure no water could get in and do any additional damage.
