This is an interior view of a wall in a customer's home in Camden, TN, with obvious cracks and bowing. GeoLock Wall Anchors were installed to solve the issue. Bowing and leaning walls can be stabilized and straightened over time using our Wall Anchor System. 

This customer in Camden, TN wanted to waterproof his basement we installed our  DryTrak Two-Stage Waterproofing System including DryTrak baseboard water control system and lateral lines, a lateral feed line to TrenchDrain in new trench,  IceGuard to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge line, and a LawnScape Outlet to drain water from gutters or drains away from the structure to protect the foundation of the home. 

DryTrak Two-Stage Waterproofing System included a TripleSafe Complete pump system with twin liner, 1/3 HP cast-iron primary AC pump, 1/2 HP cast-iron AC back-up pump, and UltraSump battery back-up pumping system with charging/control box with alarm, and 120 amp sealed maintenance-free battery. 

We repaired the sinking foundation with push piers and used CleanSpace to seal the crawlspace.

LawnScapeis a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape outlet that lets the water out onto the surface, while camouflaging the end of the pipe. The lid comes off for easy cleaning.
