This Kentucky couple had a huge problem with an excessive amount of moisture in their crawl space. They were worried that this problem would only get worse if they did not get professional help. After reading about our products online, they knew they had to call us and set an appointment.
After discussing with our specialist at their free inspection appointment, they learned more about our whole encapsulation process and agreed that was the best for their home.
The "cherry on top" of the encapsulation process is our EverLast Crawl Space Door. With its water and air tight seal, it ensures no outside moisture-filled air gets inside your newly encapsulated space!
More Info About the EverLast Door:
EverLast crawl space doors from Basement Systems are made from ½-in.-thick PVC plastic that is just about indestructible. Several different door colors are available to help you match your home’s exterior color scheme. Standard sizes are available, but your Basement Systems contractor can also order and install a custom-size door.
Unlike wood crawl space doors, EverLast doors will never warp, crack, shrink or require maintenance or painting. An air and water seal is certain, thanks to the heavy-duty weather-stripping that comes with each EverLast door. Once you tighten down the installation knobs, you can feel confident that the interior of your crawl space is protected and fully isolated from exterior critters and conditions.

SuperSump Pump Details:
They are thrilled to have their humidity and moisture level down!
This homeowner was concerned about people tripping and injuring themselves around, or in, their swimming pool. Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair Leveled the concrete slab using PolyLevel foam, which will last for many years to come.
This basement had issues with moisture, which caused mold growth on the basement walls. We installed our WaterGuard waterproofing system - a system of pipes around the walls, and TripleSafe Sump Pump to control water that would get in the basement in the future. The water is pumped out from the basement, where it goes through IceGuard and then through drainage pipes to LawnScape, which is installed at least 10 feet away from the house, where water escapes.
This customer in Murray, KY had multiple issues. There was concrete sinking and cracking in the garage, walkway, and the stairs to the front porch. There were also foundation settlement issues on the other side of the home.
For the cracking in the garage, and the sidewalk sinking we installed PolyLEVEL to lift and stabilize the garage flooring as well as the walkway, then added NexusPro joint sealant around the perimeter of the garage and the walkway to the front porch to seal any cracked areas.
On the other side of the home where there was a foundation settlement, we installed Helical Piers to lift and stabilize the foundation and StableBrick BowTie wall Stabilization to fix the bowing walls for a permanent solution.
