This Tennessee home began to have an excessive moisture issue in its crawl space a few years ago. The homeowners were worried it would get worse and weaken their wood floor joists and foundation. There also was a musty smell looming in their living area that they wanted to get rid of. They called us after reading our reviews online and scheduled a free inspection. Our inspector came over to inspect and afterwards sat them down to talk about what he found and how we could help.
The moisture in the crawl space was going to soon be a big issue and the standing water, as well as the mold growth was not good for the residents health.
They agreed that encapsulating their space would be the best solution, so our crew got to work!

CleanSpace Vapor Barrier: This white material is 20mil thick, has 7 layers of polyethyene composition and polyester cord reinforcement. It reduces moisture and vapor in the crawl space and will also do a great job at reducing your energy bill!
SaniDry Sedona: This powerful dehumidifer is mess-free and will keep your space's relative humidity below 55%!

In this before photo, the concrete walkway is sinking and broken. The after photo shows the same walkway when PolyLevel was injected into the concrete, raising it up level with the rest of the walkway.

Ground settling caused cracks and separation on the customers concrete driveway and sidewalk. Our specialist used Polylevel 400 to lift as much as Structure will allow, stabilization guaranteed. Polylevel provides the fill, lift and stabilization for the issue.
