This home was struggling with a lot of moisture and tons of water in their crawl space. They decided to get a full encapsulation which keeps water and moisture out. CleanSpace is used and is a 20mil thick vapor barrier. A Triple Safe sump pump was also used which takes water out and away from the home. The results are stunning!
As you can see from the before picture, there was a huge crack in this concrete. It was causing some serious tripping hazards as well as being unsightly and the homeowners wanted to get it fixed. We were able to do PolyLevel injections and lift and level the slab back to its original position.

Rainwater seeps in and under the concrete slab, softening the soil under and causing the perfect place for the heavy slabs to sink and settle in at. This is what caused the first long crack, with the promise of many more in the future if the cracks were not sealed!

We first had to lift the sunken concrete slabs, so they were all level with each other. They injected PolyLevel foam by boring small (penny sized) holes in the slab. After the void is filled, the expanding properties of the polyurethane foam allows for an accurate lift and leveling of the slab.
Our crew then sealed all of the cracks with NexusPro Joint Sealant. NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially engineered to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions. Unlike traditional polyurethane sealants, NexusPro resists UV rays, which means it won't crack, bubble or dry.
The homeowners now have a sealed and lifted patio that they no longer have to worry about being an eyesore or causing their home value to decrease.
