We see a lot of crawl spaces like this before picture. Mounds of dirt, a thin vapor barrier underneath that was not properly installed. It was rushed. What we can offer is leveling of all the dirt, going in and cleaning out the previous vapor barrier. Our vapor barrier is 20 mil thick and is designed to keep water and moisture out of the crawl space. When properly installed it will not bunch up and allow dirt into the crawl space. The vapor barrier needs to be properly installed and sealed to ensure no moisture enters the crawl space.
This home in Buffalo Valley Tennessee was struggling with massive cracks in their foundation. Push piers are placed beneath the homes foundation and are intended to provide support and stability. These results are stunning!
