This Kentucky home had an unpleasant looking porch that had shifted and became uneven. This created not only an eyesore and cracks but also a tripping hazard. The homeowners knew they needed to find a permanently fix before anything got worse and the value of the home decreased.
They called us and we knew exactly what to do!
We started by leveling the concrete slab porch with PolyLevel by injecting the foam below the concrete. PolyLevel's lightweight makes it useful where denser fill material might impose an undesirable load on weak soils. Despite its lightweight, PolyLevel can support substantial loads; it typically provides greater lifting power than mudjacking.
After lifting the slab, it was time to seal the cracks to make sure no more water infiltrated the cracks. Unlike traditional polyurethane sealants, NexusPro resists UV rays, which means it won't crack, bubble or dry! NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially engineered to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions.
The homeowners now have a safe and great looking front porch!
This crawl space had a bad moisture problem that led to weakened, moldy supporting beams. Our crew installed our SmartJack Stabilizers to lift the beams up and restore the floors above to their even level.
Our EverLast Crawl Space door was also a necessity in keeping moisture OUT of their space!
Unlike wood crawl space doors, EverLast doors will never warp, crack, shrink or require maintenance or painting. An air and water seal is certain, thanks to the heavy-duty weatherstripping that comes with each EverLast™ door. Once you tighten down the installation knobs, you can feel confident that the interior of your crawl space is protected and fully isolated from exterior critters and conditions.

This Tennessee family was experiencing some foundation issues in their home and asked us to give them a permanent solution. Our inspector came out and looked around. He noted interior and exterior cracks. Their doors also had a hard time closing correctly and the floors seemed bouncy. Under the house, he saw the wood was getting weak and slightly molding. Sometimes, the weight of the furniture and occupants become too much and the floors and walls begin to sag. That, plus the molding beams only meant the home was going to get worse.
Our inspector suggested our SmartJack System to lift the home back up and the homeowners agreed that was the best solution.
Our crew installed the steel adjustable SmartJack stabilizers and steel supporting beams under the home.
Smart Jacks are designed to stop settling and can raise your sagging floor back to the proper level.
The homeowners were excited to have a foundation they did not have to worry about in their forever home.
