The foundation of this Gordonsville, TN home needed some extra support. The homeowner called us to come out to inspect her foundation and crawlspace to see what her home may need. After the inspection we found that SmartJacks in the home's crawlspace would help to stabilize the home's foundation. The homeowner was left satisfied with the extra support that our work provided for her home.
This customer in Woodbury, TN needed waterproofing services for their basement and crawlspace. Entering through the basement, we installed CleanSpace on all interior walls, and then leading into the crawl space we completed an encapsulation. This included drainage matting in the crawl space floor after all the debris was removed. After matting was laid down, we encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace on the floors, walls, and around the piers. We also added a Sanidry Sedona dehumidifier to pull any moisture from the air. Now the crawl space and basement are waterproofed and the space is usable.
