Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

In Tullahoma, a homeowner confronted a deteriorating concrete driveway, worsened by factors like poorly compacted soil. Our inspection unveiled weak points, revealing voids from cracks and unstable soil. To fortify the repair, we applied Nexus Pro, a premium joint sealant, preventing water infiltration.

This customer in Tullahoma, TN  called Frontier when she discovered moisture issues in her crawl space. Upon inspection, there were obvious signs of moisture damage in her crawl space. To mitigate the moisture issues we recommended a crawl space encapsulation. This project would include cleaning up and removal of all the debris, installation of Drainage matting on the floors, CleanSpace on the floors and walls, a TripleSafe sump pump, SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, a drainage system, and a new secure crawl space door. 

This customer in Tullahoma, TN called us for moisture issues in his crawl space and sagging floors. To mitigate the structural issues, we started with the SmartJack installation to lift and stabilize the crawl space. To address the moisture issues that caused this we removed all the old moisture-damaged debris, added drainage matting to the floors, and covered the entire crawl space with our CleanSpace liner, installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and drainage lines. We finished the project by installing a new secure EverLast crawl space door. Now, this customer has a structurally stable, dry, and healthy crawl space.  

These homeowner's in Auburntown Tennessee were struggling with a lot of cracks in their driveway and were concerned the cracks would just getting bigger over time.  We injected some PolyLevel and put on some sealant and were able to help these homeowners.
