This Kentucky family had a mess of problems that stemmed from having a leaky crawl space.
Because of the excessive amount of moisture in their space, it caused mold. The mold even started growing in their living quarters AND there was a lingering musty smell in both areas.
The moisture had caused mold to grow on their wood beams as well, which weakened them and created soft spots! They also complained of cold floors during the winter. but no worries. This Scottsville, KY homeowner was unhappy with the cracks in their basement walls. Before the cracks could cause serious problems, we installed a PowerBrace to keep the walls supported. The homeowner was happy with the completed job.
Ground settling caused cracks and separation on the customers concrete garage floor and driveway, our specialist used Polylevel 400 to lift as much as Structure will allow, stabilization guaranteed. Polylevel provides the fill, lift and stabilization for the issue. Nexus Pro crack repair and joint sealant were used to complete the project.
This customer in Scottsville, KY had bowing foundational walls and issues with flooding in his basement. To fix the issue we installed Geo-Lock Wall Anchors using a 12 in x 28 in wall support. We also installed a WaterGuard XL sub-floor drainage system, with a TrenchDrain. We also installed IceGuard to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge lines. To keep any water discharge away from the structure we installed a LawnScape Outlet or Well to drain water from gutters or drains away from the structure. We also added a TripleSafe Complete pump system with twin liner, 1/3 HP cast-iron primary AC pump, 1/2 HP cast-iron AC back-up pump, and UltraSump battery back-up pumping system with charging/control box with alarm, and 120 amp sealed maintenance-free battery. Includes 3 CleanPump stands, an airtight lid with an airtight floor drain, 2 IceGuards, LawnScape Outlet, and WaterWatch alarm system, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and an air filtration system. These products will greatly reduce the chance of flooding again.
