An inspection revealed mold in the crawl space of this Lebanon home. The family was concerned what effects mold has on the structure of the home as well as their health.
The mold was eating on the wood of the floor joist causing wood rot and softening the joist, creating sagging in the floor.
The air quality of our home is only about 50% better than the air quality of the crawl space. So the family was also breathing in the mold living in the crawl space below.

A load calculator determines the necessary spacing to carry the load of the structure. In all, 9 GeoLock Wall Anchors were spaced approximately 5.5' apart, a little closer in the corner to hold the corner load.
