This customer had issues with ground settlement and washouts. These things caused voids in the ground under the concrete thus caused cracking on sidewalk and separation from the stairs to the porch. Our specialist used Polylevel 400 to lift as much as Structure will allow, stabilization guaranteed. Polylevel provides the fill, lift and stabilization for the issue. Nexus Pro crack repair and joint sealant used to complete the project.
This customer had a moister and mold problem. Frontier encapsulated their crawl space with CleanSpace and added a SmartPump to reduce humidity and remove water from the home. As you can see, beautifully done.
This homeowner noticed that the basement wall was starting to bow in the center. Knowing how bad this can get and how fast it can get bad, he decided to call Frontier Basement System, Lucky for him he caught this just in time. We were able to go out and secure the wall using Carbon Fiber Straps, Carbon fiber is a very high tensile strength material that is almost impossible to stretch. Because it doesn’t stretch, it can be "glued" to concrete walls to keep them from bending or bowing inward. Carbon fiber straps have become a fairly common method for reinforcing basement walls, and when installed properly they can be effective in holding the center of the wall in place.
CleanSpace helped seal this musty crawlspace into a useable and energy-friendly space!
