Ground settling caused cracks and separation on the customers concrete patio & house. Our specialist used Polylevel 400 to lift as much as Structure will allow, stabilization guaranteed. Polylevel provides the fill, lift and stabilization for the issue.
Nexus Pro crack repair and joint sealant were used to complete the project.
The floors in this Hermitage, TN home had become bouncy from the weakened floor joists below. The homeowner had previously had support jacks added to the crawlspace in an attempt to fix the bouncing floors. Unfortunately, this was not a permanent solution for the home. This customer had issues with ground settlement and washouts. These things caused voids in the ground under the concrete, thus causing cracking on the patio. Our crew used Polylevel 400 to lift as much as the structure would allow, and stabilization was guaranteed. Once the voids are filled, the cracks are repaired and sealed using Nexus Pro. Once the repairs are done & the excess Polylevel foam has been trimmed, the customer will be responsible for filling the exposed area with dirt or filler to ensure the erosion does not return.
This customer in Madison, AL came to Frontier for a full crawl space encapsulation. This project included Drainage matting on the floor, CleanSpace on the floors and walls, and wrapped around piers. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, TripleSafe sump pump, and a drainage system including IceGuard and LawnScape. We also sealed the vents with SilverGlo and foam insulation and finished the project with a new crawl space door.
