Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

The basement of this Antioch, TN home had experienced some water damage. We visited the house to complete a basement waterproofing job for the homeowners. We installed the EverLast perimeter wall system with the DryTrak waterproofing system. This will keep the home dry and the owner happy for years. 

Ground settling and poor drainage caused cracks, void space on the sidewalk/driveway and separation on the customer's front sidewalk and driveway. Our crew used Polylevel 400 to lift as much as the structure would allow, and stabilization was guaranteed. Once the voids are filled, the cracks are repaired and sealed using Nexus Pro. Once the repairs are done & the excess Polylevel foam has been trimmed, the customer will be responsible for filling the exposed area with dirt or filler to ensure the erosion does not return.

This customer in Antioch, TN called Frontier when he noticed water intrusion in his finished basement. For this project, we had to remove some drywall to dig the trench to install WaterGuard around the perimeter of the basement. Once the WaterGuard System was finished, we installed a TripleSafe sump Pump, Drainage lines, an IceGuard, and a LawnScape System. The cat approved.

To mitigate the moisture issues, installed Drainage matting, covered the crawl space in CleanSpace liner, and installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. These products will work together to keep this crawl space clean and dry.
