To mitigate moisture issues, we installed our Drainage Matting, CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, TerraBlock Insulation for the floors, and sealed the crawl space vents and walls with SilverGlo panels. We finished this project with a new crawl space door.

This customer in Ardmore, AL called Frontier after noticing a separation and sloping in their home. This is caused by sinking due to settling and excess moisture in the crawl space. We came out and installed a crawl space encapsulation system to address the structural sinking due to excess moisture. We installed drainage matting, CleanSpace, SilverGlo in vents to seal outside air out, a new SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to pull any excess moisture from the air, and finished with framing out and installing a new Everlast crawl space door.
We installed 5 Smart Jacks to lift this customer's floors that were uneven and caving in!
