These Antioch home's porch soon became a big eyesore. They had shifted down and made the perfect entryway for rainwater to infiltrate and make matters worse! NexusPro- It is a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially engineered to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions. Unlike traditional polyurethane sealants, NexusPro resists UV rays, which means it won't crack, bubble or dry.
PolyLevel- It is an expanding polyurethane foam that is injected beneath the concrete to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion and raise and stabilize the concrete surface.

This crawl space was full of so much water and moisture that most of the installation had just completely fallen down. This was creating a perfect environment for mold growth.
