The before photo shows how the stairs have broken away from the porch and has sunk into the ground. In the after photo, PolyLevel was used to lift that staircase and stabilize it. PolyLevel can lift anywhere from 2000 to 4000 lbs. per square foot, and it lasts for a very long time.
This College Grove crawl space was in BAD condition. Supporting wood beams that were holding up the weight of the home and all of the inhabitants were MOLDING. Our experienced inspector came by for the homeowner's free inspection. He looked around his home and crawl space, took moisture and humidity tests, and took many photos, so when he sat down and discussed what he found with the homeowner, the homeowner could see exactly what he was referring to.

Ground settlement causing porch to separate. Crews used Poly Level 400 to lift the porch and provide the homeowner with a level porch and a happy experience.
This customer in Ardmore, AL called Frontier after noticing a separation and sloping in their home. This is caused by sinking due to settling and excess moisture in the crawl space. We came out and installed a crawl space encapsulation system to address the structural sinking due to excess moisture. We installed drainage matting, CleanSpace, SilverGlo in vents to seal outside air out, a new SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to pull any excess moisture from the air, and finished with framing out and installing a new Everlast crawl space door.
We installed 5 Smart Jacks to lift this customer's floors that were uneven and caving in!
