The customer in Cross Plains, TN called Frontier when they noticed moisture issues and mold growth in their crawl space. For this project, we cleaned up the debris in the crawl space and then remediated the mold issue. After that to prevent the problem from reoccurring we installed Drainage matting, a TripleSafe sump pump, and a drainage system that included an IceGuard and LawnScape system.
These homeowners in Cornersville had a lot of sinking of their front porch. They were concerned someone would trip and needed to get this fixed. The results are amazing!
The concrete driveway going into the garage, patio and around the pool had cracks due to settling. The repairs for this included Install Poly Level to level concrete and to clean up and prepare cracks as needed and apply Nexus Pro joint sealant.
