This customer had cracked and bowing walls. To fix the issue, we installed PowerBraces using a 10 ft brace and a PowerBrace Concrete Angle Bracket (for attaching PowerBraces to overhead concrete decks, porches, etc.) in place of the Telescoping Bridge Bracket to stabilize the basement wall permanently. 

This customer in Brentwood, TN had some settlement issues with their front steps cracking and separating from the home. To fix the issue we installed a Helical Pier next to the steps and the foundation of the home to lift and straighten the foundation, therefore bringing the stairs back to their original position and securing them so there would be no more dangerous separations or further sinking.

This project included EZ Flow installation installed for draining water out, Drainage matting on the floors, CleanSpace over floors, walls, and wrapped around all the piers.
