This customer in Nashville, TN was having moisture issues in his crawl space and came to Frontier for a crawl space encapsulation. We came in removed all the wet insulation and installed new insulation around the rim joists. We also installed our drainage matting to the floors and CleanSpace liner to the floors and walls. To clean the air even further we added a SaniDry dehumidifier, used SilverGlo to block his vents off, and added a new Everlast crawl space access door.
This customer in Nashville, TN called Frontier out to help with his sagging crawl space. We determined the structure was sinking and would need structural support and a solution to prevent further damage by controlling the moisture issues. We installed SmartJacks to lift the structure back up. After that, we encapsulated the crawl space with Drainage matting, CleanSpace Liner on floors and walls, and a TripleSafe sump pump with IceGuard and LawnScape system to drain all the water out of the crawl space and away from the structure. We finished the project with a new secure crawl space door.
This customer in Nashville, TN called Frontier after encountering water intrusion issues in his basement. To fix the problem we installed a Trench drain at the entrance, an EZ Flo to absorb ground water, and a TripleSafe sump pump to pump any water out through drainage lines that included an IceGuard System which will keep the water from freezing in the winter and a LawnScape System the will carry any water away from the home to drain into the yard. We also covered the walls with CleanSpace Liner and installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to pull any moisture out from the air. Now they have a basement that is waterproofed and usable.
When Ellie and her husband moved into their 1948 Nashville home, they quickly realized the basement issues were more than cosmetic. Bowing walls and water intrusion had them worrying every time it rained and they were concerned about the long-term safety of their home.
