Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This customer in Martin, TN came to us to install a basement waterproofing system. We installed WaterGuard, TrenchDrains, and a TripleSafe Sump Pump system as well as IceGuard for drainage to prevent the water from freezing in the winter, with a LawnScape system to drain water from the drain lines away from the structure to prevent any damage to the foundation from water pooling up.  

We completed a full crawl space encapsulation to transform this Medon, TN, crawl space from dusty and dirty to clean and healthy. We installed a CleanSpace vapor barrier to separate the home from the soil below, keeping the crawl space dry and clean for years to come. The homeowner is happy with the quality of the work that was completed. 

This Medon, TN, home was experiencing damp air and wet soil in its crawl space. To remedy this issue, we completed a full crawl space encapsulation. This included a CleanSpace vapor barrier throughout the crawl space and an energy-efficient SaniDry Sedona (not pictured) to keep the crawl space dry, clean, and healthy. As you can tell from the photos, the difference is immense. Before we installed WaterGuard there was a lot of moisture and the walls were extremely porous which allows water and moisture to enter their basement. We were able to go in, install WaterGuard and apply some CleanSpace to the wall which is a 20 mil thick vapor barrier designed to keep water and moisture out.
