Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This Medon, TN, home was experiencing damp air and wet soil in its crawl space. To remedy this issue, we completed a full crawl space encapsulation. This included a CleanSpace vapor barrier throughout the crawl space and an energy-efficient SaniDry Sedona (not pictured) to keep the crawl space dry, clean, and healthy. The homeowner is happy with the quality of work completed in their home. 

It is extremely rare that we see this much water in a crawl space. These homeowners would always see increased amounts of water in their crawl space following a big storm. Concerned they contacted Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair for a solution. We performed a full encapsulation and the results are stunning! No more water. 

As you can tell from the photos, the difference is immense. Before we installed WaterGuard there was a lot of moisture and the walls were extremely porous which allows water and moisture to enter their basement. We were able to go in, install WaterGuard and apply some CleanSpace to the wall which is a 20 mil thick vapor barrier designed to keep water and moisture out. 

We used CleanSpace to help seal this musty crawlspace into a useable and energy-friendly space!
