In Nashville, TN, a homeowner faced moisture issues leading to basement water damage. The before photo shows the damp environment affecting the home's structure and air quality. We addressed this by installing the CleanSpace encapsulation system as a waterproof barrier and the WaterGuard drainage system to effectively manage water infiltration. The crew installed a drainage system along the higher-graded side of the home that directs water to a sump pump at the lowest point of the crawl space. The sump pump discharges water through an IceGuard system. An HSS supplemental beam with SmartJacks was installed to properly support the home.
The crawl space was encapsulated with drainage matting and a 20 mil moisture barrier to prevent ground moisture from entering the space. A SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was installed to reduce humidity levels.

A TripleSafe Sump Pump System is the first step to this basement nightmare. Our WaterGuard System is installed along the interior of the basement set against the footing to collect water and direct it to the pump liner. The pump liner houses a M53 Zoeller cast iron sump pump equipped with a mechanical float switch that will automatically turn the pump on and pump the water out of the basement.
We went in and installed SmartJacks in a very small Crawl Space to solve the costumer's problem of sagging floors.
