Our crew first needed to lift the sunken concrete slabs with PolyLevel.
PolyLevel is an expanding polyurethane foam that is injected beneath the concrete to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion and raise and stabilize the concrete surface. It can also strengthen and stabilize loose soil
To solve the concrete's crack issue, our crew sealed the cracks with NexusPro.
NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially engineered to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions. Unlike traditional polyurethane sealants, NexusPro resists UV rays, which means it won't crack, bubble or dry. Customer had small patio area with multiple cracks due to ground settlement. Crews used Poly Level 400 to lift &
stabilize ground, then used the Nexus Pro to repair & seal cracks to prevent further damage.

This customer in Nashville, TN came to Frontier with moisture issues in their crawl space. We came in and removed all moisture-soaked debris, added drainage matting to the floors, CleanSpace to the floors and walls as well as wrapped all the piers, sealed the vents with SilverGlo panels, and installed a SaniDry Sedona to pull any additional moisture from the air to make the crawl space as moisture free as possible. Now the customer can use their crawl space for their needs without worrying about damaging moisture on any items stored, mold growth, wood rot, or musty smells entering the home above!
