We completed a full crawl space encapsulation for this Nashville, TN, homeowner. We transformed the space into a clean, healthy crawl space with CleanSpace drainage matting and a vapor barrier. The homeowner is happy with the quality of work that was completed.

This customer in Nashville, TN had settlement issues with his home that was causing major cracking in the front exterior wall. We installed Helical Piers to support the foundation as own on job drawing using low-profile brackets. 

This customer in Nashville, TN had an issue with water leaking into his basement. We came out and installed a basement waterproofing system for him to mitigate the issue. We started with drilling holes in the concrete block to let the water drain from the concrete block into the WaterGuard system we also installed. The water will drain from the walls into the trench through the WaterGuard, and into the newly installed TripleSafe Sump Pump. The pump will then push the water out through the drainage system, leading outside through the IceGuard and drainage line into the LawnScape system to the yard away from the home and the foundation. Now he will no longer need to deal with a wet basement.

We installed Drainage matting, completely covered the crawl space in CleanSpace liner, sealed off all air leaks and vents with SilverGlo Panels and spray Foam insulation, and installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. We also added drainage lines to pump all the water out of the crawl space. Now the customer has a dry and healthy crawl space!
