This stairway was a terrible hazard for this homeowner. The short wall at the bottom was being pushed out, the steps are falling away from the porch and the handrail was propped up with a couple of bricks. A very dangerous situation. Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair went in with PolyLevel injections and lifted those steps up to where they should be, and will follow up with NexusPro sealant to permanently close the cracks.

These homeowners' were really struggling with their front steps and being able to lift and level them. They were concerned that they were becoming a major tripping hazard and wanted to get them fixed before someone got hurt. They contacted Frontier and a design specialist was sent to their home together it was decided that PolyLevel injections were the right solution for their home. Ground settling caused cracks and separation on the customer's front sidewalk and stairs. Our specialist used Polylevel 400 to lift as much as the Structure would allow, guaranteeing stabilization. Polylevel provides the fill, lift, and stabilization for the issue. Nexus Pro crack repair and joint sealant were used to complete the project.

Some of the things we check are as follows: Follow the perimeter drain around the perimeter looking for obvious problems, inspect for debris in the wall drain – vacuum as necessary, lift WaterGuard port covers and inspect inside, check for deflection on exterior walls and look for mold and rot. For the Sump Pumps we check to see that the indicator lights on the charger are normal, test UltraSump by pushing the push-to-test switch, unplug all the pumps from the wall and push the test switch again, as well as check circuit/electrical outlet with a circuit tester. We also test all connecting lines, and anything else that might need attention to make sure your system is running at full capacity and you won't have any issues.
