This customer in Greenbrier, TN, contacted Frontier to help with support posts that are rotted and fallen over, and the ones left standing were sinking due to inadequate support and moisture issues. This also caused the support beams to sag and the joists to pull away. To mitigate these issues, we installed our SmartJack system.
These homeowners in Ridgetop Tennessee were struggling with high moisture levels in their crawl space and started to smell a musty smell. Concerned the homeowners contacted Frontier for a free inspection and a design specialist was sent to their home to address their concerns. Together with the homeowner’s it was decided that a full encapsulation was the right solution for their home. A full encapsulation includes CleanSpace which is a 20mil thick vapor barrier designed to keep water and moisture out of a crawl space. The results? Happy homeowners who can no longer smell their crawl space.
