This customer in Thompsons Station, TN had water and moisture issues in the crawlspace of their home. To mitigate the issue and prevent any further water issues in the future we completed a waterproofing system. We installed EZ Flow, Drainage matting on the floors, and CleanSpace to encapsulate the area. We also installed a TripleSafe sump pump and SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier.

Customer called because of mold and cold floors. They were worried about utility costs and health issues due to the mold. We installed a CleanSpace system to encapsulate the crawlspace and prevent any moisture from entering the house. By sealing the crawl space any duct leakage resonates through the floors and is contained in the home.
