This happy customer called us about his basement waterproofing project. After taking a look at his basement, we decided that installing the WaterGuard draining system was the best answer to the homeowner's wet basement concerns. The homeowner was happy with his new, dry basement.
This customer had issues with ground settlement and washouts. This caused voids in the ground under the concrete thus caused cracking on patio.
Our crew came in and prepared the area by cleaning dirt, rocks and debris around the patio. They used Slab Jacks to lift concrete slab so that they could inject the Polylevel 400 to lift as much as Structure will allow, stabilization guaranteed. Once the voids are filled, The jacks are removed and the cracks on the patio are repaired and sealed using Nexus Pro. Once the repairs are done & the excess Polylevel foam has been trimmed the customer will be responsible for back filling the exposed area with dirt or filler to ensure the erosion does not return.
