Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

The homeowners had problems with mold growth and a mildew smell lingering in their living quarters. They were very concerned about the health of their home and decided to call an expert immediately. They took advantage of our free inspections and estimates and called us! 
Our inspector inspected their crawl space, took moisture tests, and reference photos. Their problem was the moisture coming from their unsealed soil ground. The water inside the soil had been evaporating into their homes and causing mold to grow. This can lead to serious and expensive foundation problems down the road!

Our inspector told them all about our CleanSpace System and other products that could help their moisture problem. They knew that everything mentioned would be what was best for their biggest asset, so they agreed and were excited about their installation date!

Thanks to these products above, the homeowners now have a dry and healthy crawl space! They no longer have to worry about mold growth and can even use their space for storage! 

This home owner was having issues with water getting into their crawl space. Causing more problems with mold and mildew. When they decided it was time to have a permanent fix. After calling Frontier basement systems and talking to one of our design specialist, A complete encapsulation would be the best for ever fix for them. using a 20 mil thick polyester cord reinforced clean space liner, smart pipe water guard draining in to one of our Super Sump Pumps, combined with a Dehumidifier. This will keep the water and moisture out.  A total encapsulation also give this home owner extra storage they didn't know was usable. Plus a peace of mind that their cooling and heating bills will be lowed, and have a Dry and Healthy crwal space.

This Tennessee family knew they were in serious need of a waterproofing system for their crawl space. They had a sump pump already and assumed that getting a newer, better, and more reliable one would be the solution. While one of our sump pumps could help get some of the standing water out, it was definitely not the best solution for this home. It was in need of a full encapsulation, because what they could not see under their home were hundreds of (mostly) dead spiders and their decaying webs. So, our crew got to work on installing our CleanSpace Drainage Matting, CleanSpace Liner, SuperSump Plus, EverLast Door, and Vent Cover (these last two products are vital to making sure moisture from the outside air does not find a way inside your crawl space).
