This Kentucky family was having a problem with an excessive amount of moisture in their wood beams. They had a liner of types on the ground, but it did not do a good job at sealing out most of the vapor, plus they had an open vent in their crawl space, which is a big no-no. The reason why it is a bad idea is because you are letting the moisture outside come inside, bringing drafty winter floors, high energy bills, and pests with it!

This 1912 Tennessee home's patio starting dropping and cracking. There are a number of reasons why this could happen, a few of them being erosion, flooding, and the soil not being properly prepared for the concrete. Puddles of water would form in the drop and stay there for a few days following rainfall. A huge void under the patio appeared and that got the homeowners even more worried about their concrete slab because they knew more water could find its way underneath the slab much easier and cause more damage.

NexusPro Sealant- a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially engineered to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions. Unlike traditional polyurethane sealants, NexusPro resists UV rays, which means it won't crack, bubble or dry.
The homeowner was thrilled with this easy solution and is glad to no longer have to worry about the cracks getting worse or the void growing larger!

This homeowner had a bad flooding problem in his basement. Due to the excessive moisture, mold was growing and this made him worry about the future health of his home. He decided he was done with having a useless and wet basement...it was time to call us, Frontier Basement Systems!
