A home owner in Columbia Tennessee was worried about their home falling. Fixing the foundation was important but they were not sure what to do.
Adding Push Piers to section that was falling permanently stabalizes the home. The family feels safe staying in their home forever.
This Tennessee family was having moisture problems in their basement. They said that everything was getting wet and they wanted their storage area back. So, we got to work installing our very special TripleSafe Sump Pump.
You might be wondering why it's called TRIPLEsafe.. and the reason is, because it has THREE pumps. Talk about reliability!
The three-pump system adjusts automatically to what your space needs. The best thing about this pump is that the third pump is battery powered, so it will protect your home even during a nasty storm when your power goes out!
It also has a removable, airtight lid that allows for easy inspection AND reduces noise
This family is now thrilled that they have their storage space back!
This basement started stair-step cracking, this could be caused by a couple of different reasons. So this homeowner knew they had to get this problem fixed once and for all, They called and set up a free inspection with one of our design specialists. After inspection, the conclusion was bowing walls caused by the weight of the dirt pushing against the basement walls, and a sinking foundation. To solve these issues for the homeowner, we installed Steel Push Piers, Push Piers are made of steel, when installed they are driven deep into the soil to bedrock. Push Piers can be installed from outside or inside the home and can provide an opportunity to lift your home back towards its original position. Often closing cracks and improving the operation of doors and windows. And Carbon Fiber Straps, this is a very high tensile material that is almost impossible to stretch. Because of it DON'T stretch, carbon fiber can be "Glued" to concrete walls to keep them from bending or bowing inward.
These Tennessee homeowners moved into their house and soon saw cracking appear on their cement sidewalk. They soon became more and more concerned each year as the cracks grew worse. They wanted to have a peace of mind about their sidewalk, so they called Frontier Basement Systems.
Our inspector visited and looked and knew immediately that we could help them.
Our crew came by and installed our fantastic silicone-based sealant- NexusPro Sealant.
It is specially engineered to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions. Unlike traditional polyurethane sealants, NexusPro resists UV rays, which means it won't crack, bubble or dry. It fits into homeowners' busy lifestyles, too - drying time is a fraction of that needed for other urethane-based caulking products.
It is a quick procedure AND it cures in 60 minutes! So you can get on with your daily routine in no time!

When this Tennessee family bought their home it had already had small cracks on the cement and a sinking porch. They had noticed the porch was getting worse and was causing water to leak into their crawl space. They had been looking in a local home & garden magazine when they came across us. They called immediately and we had an inspector meet with them.
Our solution was to lift the porch to the correct height using PolyLevel injection and seal the cracks with NexusPro Sealant. NexusPro Sealant is different than regular caulk because it is polyurethane-based and UV ray resistant. So you won't have to worry about bubbling or cracking! It will stay looking fresh and clean!
Products Installed:
PolyLevel: an expanding polyurethane foam that is injected beneath the concrete to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion and raise and stabilize the concrete surface
NexusPro Joint Sealant: a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially engineered to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions.
There is no longer any large, unsightly crack and the family is happy that it looks great.
