The owners of this Mount Pleasant, TN home were unhappy with their damp, moldy crawlspace. The crawlspace of this Mount Pleasant, TN home was breeding ground for mold and other allergens due to the humidity of the crawlspace. The earth beneath the home was holding moisture (as seen here in the before image) never allowing the crawlspace to fully dry out.
