This family had a lot of problems with mold and wood rot in their crawl space. After heavy rains, there would be small puddles of water and that excessive moisture is what caused the growth. Their relative humidity level and wood content moisture (which our crew will always test) were above the recommended percentages, which means their home was the perfect breeding ground for mold and decay.

Our inspector came by and inspected their home and then discussed possible solutions with them. He suggested encapsulating their crawl space and they quickly obliged, happy with our products and warranties.

Waterguard is installed around the perimeter of the basement. A trench is dug and once the trench is done everything is smoothed out and cemented over to ensure the basement is useable.
