How we corrected the problem for the customer:  Install TripleSafe Liner, Air Tight Lid Kit with WaterWatch Alarm in crawl space to identify future plumbing leaks. * Install CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system in area shown on drawing. The CleanSpace Liner is a very tough 20 mil. vapor barrier with polyester cord reinforcement and a mold inhibitor woven into the liner. Prior to installation of the liner, all penetrations through the exterior foundation walls including the foundation vents will be sealed using either closed cell spray foam or polyurethane caulking. All organic debris and sharp objects will be removed from the crawlspace floor. The CleanSpace liner will cover the entire floor in the area shown. CleanSpace Wall liner is 12mil thick and will be attached to all walls and up to 10 concrete piers per 1000 SqFt in the crawlspace area. All seams will be sealed, and the top edge will be sealed to the walls. Drainage Matting is included and provides a buffer between the CleanSpace liner and the earth allowing drainage to pass across the crawl space floor, and below the CleanSpace Liner, which helps to control groundwater seepage and adds durability to the CleanSpace liner. * Install CleanSpace Drainage Matting under CleanSpace liner. * Remove Debris up to 1,000 square feet. * Install SaniDry Sedona Basement Air System as indicated in job diagram, to keep humidity low. The SaniDry will be drained into existing drainage system. The SaniDry Sedona is a revolutionary, Energy Star rated dehumidification system designed to lower humidity while removing dust, odors and mold spores from the air.
