Small Trench Dug
A small trench is dug to prepare for the StarPipe crawl space drainage system, and a bigger hole is dug, and the container is put in for the sump pump. The sump pump will be assembled after the container is in place.

StarPipe
StarPipe™ is a custom-engineered drainage system for crawlspaces. StarPipe's™ custom design has slots on each side, providing a drainage track on the bottom. StarPipe's™ unique star shape holds the fabric sleeve in place to prevent dirt from entering drainage slots.

The StarPipe System
StarPipe™ is designed to be an easily installed conduit to accept water from the soil and surface of perimeter walls of your crawlspace/basement and drain to a sump system, allowing the water to quickly evacuate from the crawlspace or from under the crawl space floor.

Subfloor Cut Out
A section of the subfloor was rotted due to moisture damage. It had to be cut out.

Floor Replaced
The area that was cut out of the subfloor is replaced with new wood. We leave room to add flooring back over this, making it undetectable in the end.

CleanSpace Fully Installed
One key ingredient in our encapsulation system is the CleanSpace® vapor barrier, a super-durable 20-mil plastic sheet designed to permanently prevent moisture, outside air, and pests from entering your crawl space.

TripleSafe Sump Pump and SaniDry Sedona
A TripleSafe® Sump Pump System (shown here), combined with a SaniDry® dehumidifier, represents the ultimate in crawl space waterproofing and humidity control.

Piers Wrapped
Piers are wrapped in CleanSpace® poly to create a continuous air and moisture barrier.

SilverGlow Panels
SilverGlo panels and spray foam insulation are used to seal the crawl space vents. Sealing your crawl space vents stops the cycle of cold, humidity, and moisture entering from the outside air.

Air Leaks Sealed
Even the smallest air leaks are sealed with spray foam insulation to keep outside air from entering the crawl space, helping to control moisture.
