Trench Dug
A trench is dug around the basement's perimeter in preparation for the WaterGuard drainage system installation.

TripleSafe Container Placed
An area is cut out for the sump pump container. The container is placed first before the internal components are assembled inside. The entire WaterGuard system will push the water to this sump pump, which in turn will be pumped out through the drainage lines and out of the basement.

Weep Holes
After the trench is dug around the perimeter, weep holes are drilled into the concrete block to allow water to pass through into the WaterGuard drainage system.

Gravel Added
Clean gravel is added to the trench that is dug to help water move through and into the sump pump.

WaterGuard Placement
Our most popular drainage system, WaterGuard® is the ideal solution for most basement waterproofing applications.

WaterGuard Installation Process
Unlike old-fashioned drain tile systems installed on the outside of the home, WaterGuard® is installed just underneath the perimeter edge of the basement floor.

Installation Complete
Once the WaterGuard is placed, it is covered with a layer of CleanSpace liner then covered with a thin layer of cement.

TripleSafe Sump Pump Fully Installed
Our most reliable sump pump system, the TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System, provides three levels of protection for your basement and your peace of mind. The TripleSafe™ has a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level for normal functioning. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller® ½ hp pump set a bit higher in the liner, will take over.

IceGuard and LawnScape System
Water escapes from the IceGuard® fitting only when the discharge line becomes clogged. Otherwise, water flows past the slotted openings into the drain pipe. LawnScape™ is a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape™ outlet that lets the water out onto the surface while camouflaging the end of the pipe. The lid comes off for easy cleaning. LawnScape™ is best used for downspout extensions over 8' long.

Installation Complete
After the IceGuard and LawnScape is assembled, it is buried, making it flush with the ground.
