Soil Erosion Leads to Unstable Concrete Slabs

As you can see in this photo, the downspout directs water over an expansion joint that is damaged. Water gets inside and washes away the soil beneath. With no support, the concrete slab cracks and sinks which allows water access to the home's foundation.
