I cannot comment on how the system works as it was just installed today but I was very happy with Mr. Hermes and the installation crew and with the sales rep., Mr. Robert Summers.
They just finished job today so I am assuming everything works ok. They done very neat work and the foreman, Hermes, was very knowl. about his work and explained things well to me.
Mr. Robert Summers was very helpful and went above and beyond his duties as sale rep. He even came to the house after installation (upon my request) to look over the work.
