Had an noise issue with my dehumidifier last Saturday. Emailed Dean not expecting a response till Monday. Heard back with in the hour and had an appointment set up for the following Thursday. Allen came out today, on time and prepared with the required parts, completed the job in a professional manor. This expected level of service was why I chose Frontier Basement Systems over a competitor. Allen and Dean are outstanding ambassadors for this company!
Professional presentation. I actually called Frontier Basement Systems for a second opinion (a competitor had already recommended). I was impressed with Dean and another guys inspection and presentation of the results enough to change my mind. The crawl space encapsulation was done about 6 months ago. As with any somewhat complicated system there have been a couple of issues (expected). Frontier has lived up to my expectations and provided excellent service.
