Your salesman. today I had a service call to replace the dehumidifier. A young man by the name of Ben did the work. I appreciated his knowledge of all aspects of his job, and his thoroughness. If I need service in the future I request the work be done by him. He has not asked me to recommend him nor does he know that I am writing this about him.
