Dustin was friendly, took his time giving me the quote and answered any and all questions that we had.
The reason for the score if 4 is because the crew was late. The Friday before, I received a phone call asking if they could arrive early so we agreed on 7:30. They did not arrive until after 8:00 and we had to call the office to make sure everything was still scheduled.
If I could give a score of 10 I would!!!!
