I was very impressed with the overall experience with Frontier Basement Systems from start to completion. It would be nice if all companies of this type would operate in the same manner. No complaints.
Was impressed with the fact that I was called at the end of each day and asked if everything went good for that day.
Salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable. But he did tell me that they would bore under my driveway for the discharge line coming from my crawlspace. When the crew arrived to start the job they recommended that I should not bore under the driveway because there was no way for them to pack the ground underneath it and it was a very good possibility that the concrete could break when driven over with a car or truck. I agreed with that and decided to cut the concrete instead which cost an additional $250.00 that I was not expecting. In the future I would recommend to let the customer know this before a contract is agreed upon.
I was very impressed with Carlos and his crew. They were very professional, polite and courteous during the entire project. As a Manufacturing Supervisor I know what it means to have dedicated and quality employees as part of your team. Knowledge, experience and price. I obtained multiple quotes prior to selecting Frontier Basement Systems and was most impressed with their salesman and his presentation. I felt as if he was honest and knew what he was talking about. Now that the project is complete I feel like I made the right decision. The" proof is in the pudding " as they say so over the next few months I hope to see a dramatic improvement in my crawl space. If I do not see an improvement I feel confident that they will make it right.
