From the job estimate visit by Kevin Smokowski to the job completion by Gumaro and his work crew, my experience with Frontier has been outstanding and reassuring.

Spoke several times with Rachel and Lyndsi, and always they listened, answered my questions and again were reassuring.

Kevin Smokowski was very professional in his assessment of our needs and discussing options. No high pressure salesmanship. He let the product sell itself. Even stayed in touch after signing contract and negotiated adjustments to the contract. First class!!

WOW! Gumaro and his work crew were top shelf. When they first arrived, Gumaro took the time to walk through the basement and explain everything he and his crew would be doing. We discussed a few options and quickly came to agreement. I was amazed at the efficiency and dedication of the work crew. They worked like a well-oiled machine, and this enabled them to do a lot in two days. Day 2, installation day, was a 10 hour day, but the crew accomplished amazing results. They finished the entire job, which included a WaterGuard system a TripleSafe sump pump, a SaniDry dehumidifier and a CleanSpace wall system as well as redirecting the drain line from the heat pump furnace to outside. I cannot say enough positive things about Gumaro, especially, and his entire work crew. They certainly earned the "Wow Service Award" in my book.

Even after working a 10 hour day, the work crew did a fabulous cleanup. In fact, the basement looked cleaner than when they arrived on Day 1!!
