Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair broke ground on its new 9,000-square-foot training center on Sept. 2, 2026. Designed to accommodate up to 200 people, the facility will provide an enhanced training environment for production technicians, service technicians and design specialists. This investment will help Frontier’s teams stay current on industry practices and continue providing homeowners with informed recommendations and quality repairs.
“This training center is an investment in our employees and the homeowners who trust us with their homes,” said Dustin Gebers, vice president of Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair. “Having a dedicated space for hands-on education will help our teams continue developing their skills as our company grows.”
Owners Layne and Judy Gebers and Vice President Dustin Gebers turned the first shovels of dirt during the groundbreaking ceremony. Members of the Cheatham County Chamber of Commerce joined Frontier’s team to celebrate the milestone.
The training center will be located at Frontier’s headquarters in Joelton. In addition to supporting internal training, the facility will be available for select community gatherings and professional development events.
“Frontier’s continued growth is creating jobs and expanding workforce development opportunities in Cheatham County. We appreciate their investment in our community and their commitment to calling Cheatham County home as they expand into other states,” said Kelly Ellis, executive director of the Cheatham County Chamber of Commerce.
