Frontier Selected for Prestigious 2025 BBB International Torch Awards for Ethics
Joelton, TN (November 19, 2025) - The International Association of Better Business Bureaus (IABBB) selected Frontier as a recipient of the 2025 International Torch Awards for Ethics℠.
Presented annually since 1996, the BBB International Torch Awards for Ethics recognize businesses in North America that demonstrate outstanding dedication to ethical business practices and promote trust in the marketplace.
“The International Torch Awards for Ethics celebrates the most powerful currency in business: trust,” said Rebekah Dopp, IABBB CEO. “These honorees remind us that character and culture are not soft skills; they are the operating system of every great enterprise. When leaders choose transparency, accountability, and purpose, they don’t just strengthen their companies. They elevate the marketplace itself.”
Frontier was selected for its strong commitment to transparency, customer care, and ethical business practices. Their “WOW” service culture is evident from the first phone call to the final inspection, with clear communication, upfront pricing, and homeowner education built into every step. Frontier also protects customer data, honors warranties, and maintains open communication across multiple channels.
“In January, we’ll celebrate 25 years in business, and it’s incredible to see how far a small, family-run company with humble beginnings has come,” said Dustin Gebers, General Manager at Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair. “Earning this award is truly an honor, but the credit belongs to our team. They take on tough, dirty jobs every day, and we couldn’t do any of this without their hard work and dedication. We’re grateful for them above all.”
The finalists and award-winning companies were selected by an independent panel of business and ethics experts: Matt Sitter, CEO, Advantage Foundry Network; Fred Elsberry, former CEO, BBB Atlanta; Kent Noble, Professor, University of Wyoming College of Business–Center for Principle-Based Leadership and Ethics; Robert Reiss, CEO, CEO Forum Group; Robin Day, National Director of Academics, Herzing College (Winnipeg, MB); and Janet Robb, former CEO, BBB Little Rock. Companies were judged on leadership character, company culture, customer transparency, and community impact.
