This customer in Murfreesboro, TN, called Frontier due to unstable crawl space supports and moisture issues. We decided on a crawl space encapsulation and SmartJacks to stabilize the crawl space. We removed all the moisture-soaked debris and then started on the project. Once the structure was stabilized with our SmartJack system, we started the encapsulation process. This included installing Drainage matting, CleanSpace liner, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and a new EverLast crawl space door.
