Photo Album: Crawl Space Encapsulation in Clarksville, TN

A homeowner in Clarksville, TN, reached out to us to assess their crawl space. Upon inspection, our system design specialist identified signs of water intrusion and recommended a full encapsulation. We began the process by clearing the area of debris, including the outdated vapor barrier. Next, we installed dimpled drainage matting across the dirt floor to facilitate proper water flow. On top of this matting, we laid our durable CleanSpace vapor barrier, which was also applied to the walls and around the crawl space support columns in a thinner form. To manage humidity, we added a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.
