These homeowners in Hendersonville Tennessee were having problems with their basement and water intrusion. Having a spare bedroom in the basement they were concerned this could lead to mold and an unhealthy environment. They contacted Frontier Basement Systems and a design specialist was sent to their home to address their concerns. It was decided that installing WaterGuard was the best solution for this home. The trench

A trench is dug around the perimeter of the basement floor and this is where the WaterGuard will be installed.

Installing

After the trench is dug WaterGuard is placed inside and rocks are added for a perfect fit.

WaterGuard!

After the WaterGuard and rocks are added everything is cemented and smoothed over. WaterGuard is designed to collect water seeping in from the wall and floor joints. This water is then taken outside and far enough away from the home to ensure it does not return.
