The SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier removes moisture from the air, reducing humidity and ensuring contaminants don't travel from the crawl space into the home.
Drainage System
Drainage pipes are installed along the perimeter of the crawl space to collect water as it enters. It is directed towards the sump pump for removal.
Standing Water
Standing water in the crawl space leads to high humidity and damaged beams. It can also cause piers to sink, removing support for floor joists.
Crawl Space Door
The existing crawl space door did not prevent humid air from entering the space. Humid air also entered through open vents in the foundation wall.

CleanSpace Encapsulation
The CleanSpace liner covers the floor, walls, and piers of the crawl space, which brings the crawl space into the envelope of the home.

Drainage matting is installed over the drainage system to allow water to flow towards it.
External Drainage
